বাণিজ্যিক ব্যতীত অন্যান্য প্রতিষ্ঠানের ক্ষেত্রে নামের মিল বাধ্যতামূলক নয়।
🚫 যা করা যাবে না
- ভুয়া এনআইডি / ডকুমেন্ট ব্যবহার
- রাষ্ট্রীয় গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কীওয়ার্ড যুক্ত ডোমেইন নেওয়া
- কপিরাইট / ট্রেডমার্ক লঙ্ঘন
- ব্যক্তি পর্যায়ে Acronym ব্যবহার (যেমন: mac.com.bd)
- ডোমেইন ট্রান্সফার করা যাবে না (Transfer Not Allowed)
⚖ বিটিসিএলের অধিকার
বিটিসিএল যেকোনো ডোমেইন আবেদন নাকচ বা নিবন্ধিত ডোমেইন বাতিল করার এখতিয়ার সংরক্ষণ করে, যদি:
- ভুল বা ভুয়া তথ্য প্রদান করা হয়
- ডোমেইনটি রাষ্ট্রবিরোধী কার্যকলাপে ব্যবহৃত হয়
- কপিরাইট বা ট্রেডমার্ক লঙ্ঘন করে

HostSecual is a BTCL-authorized domain registrar providing .bd (Top-Level Domain), .com.bd, .bangla, .org.bd, .net.bd, .edu.bd, .ai.bd and all Bangladesh-specific domains. Registration must comply with the terms below.

🚫 Prohibited Actions

⚖ BTCL Rights
BTCL reserves the right to cancel any registered domain or reject any application if:
- False or fake information is provided
- The domain is used for anti-state activities
- Copyright or trademark infringement occurs
